Lazy dumplings
“From Svetlana's kitchen”

INGREDIENTS
- Sour milk cheese (800 gr)
- Chicken eggs (3 pcs)
- Wheat flour (250 gr)
- Butter (100 gr)
- Sour cream (100 gr)
- Sugar (100 gr)
- Salt (4 pinches)
- Vanilla sugar (8-10 gr)
- Water (3 l)
- Favorite berries for decoration (100 gr)
PREPARATION

  1. Put in a bowl – cheese, chicken eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a little salt and stir. Then add flour and mix well again.
  2. As the dough has become dense - lay it on a flat surface. Roll into a "sausage" and cut into small pieces about a centimeter thick and dust the dumplings with flour.
  3. Heat three liters of water in a saucepan. As soon as the water boils, put dumplings into it one at a time. Stir carefully.
  4. Put butter in a deep saucer and put it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. 
  5. After the dumplings have surfaced, let them boil for 3-4 minutes and take them out onto a plate. Put some sour cream, and butter, and decorated with your favorite berries.
  6. Take a fork and enjoy the taste of lazy dumplings.
