With great joy and satisfaction, I want to share with you that my first book "Latin Women of Almere" is finally coming in three languages. Please help us in this crowdfunding campaign that I started to cover the cost of designing and printing the book  by sharing this campaign on your social networks, or by ordering the book “Latin Women of Almere” here in advance. Every grain of sand counts. If this campaign fails, the money will be refunded to everyone. This is a social-cultural project.

With this book, I want to emphasize in a visual and narrative way the role of migrant women in this Dutch society and show how we maintain and transmit our identity, culture, and traditions. The stories of the immigrants in this book “Latin Women of Almere” depict the stories of so many immigrant women around the world.

I trust that the content of the book and the website will serve as motivation, inspiration, and hope for anyone who lives far from their country, special migrants in the Netherlands as to raise awareness among those who work or interact with immigrants so that they can have a better understanding of the experiences and the reactions that migrants have.

Tentoonstelling
